If the fit isn't right, send them back within 100 days. I cover the return shipping. Exchange for a different size, width, color, or model, or get a full refund. No deductions.
If anything breaks, tears, or wears through because of a defect, I replace the pair. That covers 2 years from the day they arrive.

Wrong width, wrong size, wrong color, want to try a different model? Order the new pair right now. Send the old pair back with the return portal. I'll refund the first pair within 24 hours of it reaching the warehouse. You don't wait on me.

A note on condition: try them on indoors the way you would in a shoe shop. Return in the original box with tags intact.
